1.Radiant one, this experience may dawn between two breaths. After breath comes in (down) and just before turning up(out)-the beneficence.容光焕发的的人啊，这种体验可产生在二次呼吸之间。在吸入气后（下）及呼气将结束（出）之间——善行。
