【Genesis 8:10, 11
ERV:
10 After seven days Noah again sent
out the dove.
11 And that afternoon the dove came
back to Noah. The dove had a fresh olive leaf in its mouth. This
was a sign to show Noah that there was dry ground on the
earth.
NIV:
10 He waited seven more days and again
sent out the dove from the ark.
11 When the dove returned to him in the evening, there in its beak was a freshly plucked olive leaf! Then Noah knew that the water had receded from the earth.
英文,我喜欢NIV版本里的这句“there in its beak was a freshly plucked olive leaf”。
