主料:面粉、小黄瓜、鸡蛋、虾皮
配料:盐、鸡精、胡椒粉
制作方法:

4、将黄瓜丁、蛋皮丁、虾皮放入盆中,加盐、味精、胡椒粉、熟植物油搅拌均匀。

5、将面下剂,擀成饺子皮,包入调好的馅料。

6、锅内加足量的清水烧开,下饺子,煮至饺子浮起,饺子内充满气时,捞出装盘。馅料非常易熟,不可煮过火。
