贝贝和同学们近期正在紧张地准备参加两项英语大赛，其中有一项比赛内容是表演英文短剧。在网上搜了又搜，现成的英文剧本真是少而又少，于是我不得不亲自动手给孩子们编写。尽管写得很幼稚，毕竟是当老爸的对孩子的一份心意嘛。

    昨天，大赛B的半决赛进行过了，贝贝和另外三个同学密切配合，出色地完成了表演任务。当然，光家长说好还不行，评委说好才是真的好。至于是否能够晋级，还得等几天才能出结果。结果出来以后，会向大家报告的。

接 机

    该剧为四人表演

    角色：夫妻二人（安德森先生和盖茨女士），假苏珊，真苏珊

    剧情：夫妻二人来机场接苏珊，假苏珊先出现，夫妻上前招呼，问了半天才知不是自己要接的人。最后真苏珊出现了，大家恍然大悟。

夫：Look, the passengers are coming from the plane, we’ll see Susan very soon.（看，旅客们正从飞机上下来，我们马上就能看到苏珊啦。）

妻：Yes, I’m very happy to see her.（对，我很高兴能见到她。）

夫：But unfortunately, both of us don’t know her, so it is not easy for us to recognize her at the first glance.（不过，咱俩都不认识她，所以对咱们来说，头一眼就把她认出来不那么容易。）

妻：I don’t think it’s a problem, we can ask, we can say something to those people, and Susan must be among them.（我觉得那不是个问题，我们可以问呀，我们可以跟那些人说，苏珊不就在他们当中吗。）

夫：You said that.（你说得对。）

(A girl comes)

妻：Excuse me, miss, do you know who Susan is? We are meeting her here.（对不起，小姐，你认识苏珊吗？我们在这儿接她呢。）

假：Really? It is wonderful. I’m Susan, and you must be Mrs. Anderson.（真的吗？太棒啦。我就是苏珊，你一定是安德森太太吧？）

妻：No, I’m not Mrs. Anderson, but my husband is Mr. Anderson.（不，我不是安德森太太，但我丈夫是安德森先生。）

夫：Hi, Susan, nice to meet you, I’m Mr. Anderson.（你好，苏珊，很高兴见到你，我是安德森先生。）

假：Good to see both of you. Thank you very much.（很高兴见到你们俩。谢谢你们。）

妻：it’s all right. We are very glad to meet you, too. But there is still a problem……（没关系。我们也很高兴见到你。但有一个问题……）

夫：What’s that? What’s the problem, honey?（什么？什么问题啊，亲爱的？）

妻：It is said that Susan was only 4 feet tall, but you see this girl, she must be over 5 feet. She is not the Susan we are waiting for.（苏珊据说只有4英尺高，但你看这个姑娘，她肯定超过了5英尺。她不是我们等的苏珊。）

假：I still have a question. Look, I was told that the lady meeting me at the airport was Mrs. Anderson, but there is no Mrs. Anderson but a Mr. Anderson……（我也有个问题呢。瞧，他们告诉我说接我的女士叫安德森太太，但这里只有个安德森先生，却没有安德森太太……）

夫：Oh, that is not a question, I’m Mr. Anderson, but my wife didn’t follow my surname when we got married. I’m Mr. Anderson, and she should be Mrs. Anderson, but she is not.（哦，那不算个问题。我是安德森先生，但我太太跟我结婚时没随我姓。我是安德森先生，她应当是安德森太太，但她现在不这么叫。）

假：I know you are Mr. Anderson, but the person I wanna see is Mrs. Anderson, not this lady, not Mr. Anderson, that means both of you are not……（我知道你叫安德森先生，但我要见的人是安德森太太，不是这位女士，也不是安德森先生，那意味着你们俩都不是……）

妻：I’m really confused. What happened?（我真的被弄糊涂了。怎么回事啊？）

(Another girl comes)

真：Excuse me, who is Ms. Gates ?（对不起，谁是盖茨女士？）

妻：Oh, yes, I’m Ms. Gates . What’s your name, then?（哦，是的，我是盖茨女士。你叫什么名字啊？）

真：Susan, I’m Susan. Nice to meet you, Ms. Gates. And you must be Mr. Anderson, am I right? （苏珊，我是苏珊。很高兴见到你，盖茨女士。你一定是安德森先生，对吗？）

夫：Yes, I’m Mr. Anderson. Welcome you, Susan.（是的，我是安德森先生。欢迎你，苏珊。）

妻：Look, Susan, there is another Susan, too. We thought she was you then.（瞧，苏珊，这还有一位苏珊呢。我们还把她当成你了呢。）

假：Hi, nice to meet you, Susan, I’m Susan, too.（你好，很高兴见到你，苏珊，我也叫苏珊。）

真：That is quite interesting, Susan. Glad to meet you, too.（真是太有趣啦，苏珊。见到你也很高兴。）

夫&妻：OK, let’s go, Susan. And let’s say goodbye, Susan.（好啦，咱们走吧，苏珊。让我们道个别，苏珊。）

假：Bye-bye, Mr. Anderson, Ms. Gates, and you, Susan. Oh, that lady must be Mrs. Anderson. (Waves her arm)Are you Mrs. Anderson?（再见，安德森先生，盖茨女士，还有你，苏珊。噢，那位女士一定是安德森太太。你是安德森太太吗？）

补充：该剧还可以将角色用中文名来换，营造出跨文化冲突的情节。比如，接机的丈夫可以姓张，而妻子可以姓李。被接的人可以是西方人，也可以是日本人，她按自己本国的习惯，认为张先生的妻子应当也姓张，于是就演了一出“张冠李戴”，同样可以产生误会引发的喜剧效果。
