平日的瑜伽习练中,不可或缺的一项——手部运动。像我这样儿的上班族经常敲打键盘、点击鼠标,平时多做些手部运动,可以很好的预防手部职业病。除了瑜伽祛风系列中介绍的手部、腕部练习外,今天向大家推荐几种简单拍手的手部运动法。
There is one thing I must do during my yoga time everyday,that's hands sports.People like me,who working at office everyday,usually work with computer.So we should pay more attention to our hands.If we do hands sports for a little time everyday,we can keep our hands healthy.Today I want to introduce some kinds of hands sports to everyone.
拍手可拍到手部很多反射区,是一套简单又好做的按摩和保健方法。拍手能进排毒和减轻压力。每天拍手3-5分钟,可起到保健作用。具体方法有很多种。可以将两手伸直互拍即可,功效相对较大。也可用十指指尖互相拍打,只按摩指尖的穴位和反射区。或用一只手掌拍打另一只手的手背。还有两手掌的内侧互相敲击,两手掌外侧也可互相拍击。更可以将两手十指指缝互碰。再一招就是两手的虎口互相敲打,做完之后可以很温和的喝一杯温水保健。
