一日饮食+运动 Daily Diet and Sports

一日饮食。

晚餐后和老公一块儿散步,围着小区花园转悠,彻头彻尾讨论了一番关于我们的饮食。

About my diet.Last night,my husband and I went walk at our community garden after supper.We discussed about our daily diet deeply.

 

早餐,营养粥/or营养粉/or营养面+营养豆浆。这里主食的营养,定义为含青菜、白肉、坚果、鸡蛋各适量。豆浆的营养定义为五谷杂粮百味豆浆之其一。被老公评价为营养太丰盛,还是应该适当平民化些。一日饮食+运动 <wbr>Daily <wbr>Diet <wbr>and <wbr>Sports不以为然,在我看来恰到好处,值得坚持。

For breakfast,I usually eat some porridge or noodles.Then I would drink one cup of soya-bean milk.These always contain many kinds of nutrition,because I would like to put some vegetables,meat, nuts and eggs in my main food,and put some nuts in my soya-bean milk.My husband said that my breakfast was too sumptuous.But I didn't think so.I will continue this way.

 

中餐,公司盒饭,一份例汤+1两米饭+2种素菜+1块鱼。公司的那个抠呀,油少盐多,实在是不香,但为了下午有旺盛的精力工作,只能吃下去。就这,同样被老公评价道,既然盐多,还是少吃为妙。嘎嘎~~~还让不让人活。

About lunch,I always eat working lunch at my company.It contains one boil of soup,little rice,two kinds of vegetables and one piece of fish.Most time working lunch is very salt.My husband suggested me to take less than normal.

 

晚餐,有家里的大厨备餐,自然味美可口,但菜量有限。通常,一份冬瓜汤+半两米饭+2种青菜+极少量荤菜。老公仍有苛扣欲望,准备把我的半两米饭再减二分之一,极少荤腥彻底去除。

Apropos of supper,since it always made by my husband,it would definitely be very delicious.Regularly,it contains one boil of soup,little rice,two kinds of vegetables and little meat.My husband thought it should be less than usual.

 

零食,上午十点左右补充几颗坚果,类似核桃、花生、杏仁等。晚餐一小时后吃一份水果。

饮水,清晨1杯蜂蜜水,白天若干杯柠檬水or菊花茶,睡觉前半杯纯净水。这些还好没被批出错误来。

I eat limited snacks everyday.One is some nuts around 10 o'clock AM,the other is some friuts one hour after supper.To be more healthy,I used to drinking one cup of honey water.Besides this I like lemonade very much.

 

总而言之,言而总之,我们的饮食还算是有规律、有营养、适量、合理型的。哪位瑜友or博友or网友or朋友or蜜友能提供一些更加完善合理的意见,感激+感激!一日饮食+运动 <wbr>Daily <wbr>Diet <wbr>and <wbr>Sports

In brief, my daily diet is regular and rational.But I still want to listen some suggestions.Thanks a lot frist!

一日运动。

06:45——07:30  45分钟瑜伽  偶尔会减少到半小时,又偶尔会增加到一小时。

12:30——13:00  30分钟走路  逛,想逛什么,逛什么。

19:30——20:00  30分钟散步  小区花园散步。

21:40——22:00  20分钟运动  也有发懒的时候,但怎么着也不会少于五分钟的踢腿运动。

About sports,I do yoga every morning,walk for half an hour every noon and evening,do sports for 20 minutes before go to bed.

 

一整天的运动,被老公评价为运动不够剧烈,没有消耗太多热量,得加大强度。就这么一篇文章,老公快被写作一位饮食评论家和健身指导教练啦。肯定有更高明的指导者,瑜友or博友or网友or朋友or蜜友提提吧?感激+感激+感激!一日饮食+运动 <wbr>Daily <wbr>Diet <wbr>and <wbr>Sports

The suggestion my husband gave to me was I should increase strength of my practice.In this blog my husband was written as a diet critic and a fitness coach.I belive here will be more diet critics and fitness coaches.I'm here,waiting for your good suggestions.Thanks again and again.
