一日饮食。
晚餐后和老公一块儿散步,围着小区花园转悠,彻头彻尾讨论了一番关于我们的饮食。
About my diet.Last night,my husband and I went

早餐,营养粥/or营养粉/or营养面+营养豆浆。这里主食的营养,定义为含青菜、白肉、坚果、鸡蛋各适量。豆浆的营养定义为五谷杂粮百味豆浆之其一。被老公评价为营养太丰盛,还是应该适当平民化些。不以为然,在我看来恰到好处,值得坚持。
For breakfast,I usually eat some porridge or noodles.Then I would drink one cup of soya-bean milk.These always contain many kinds of nutrition,because I would like to put some vegetables,meat, nuts and eggs in my main food,and put some nuts in my soya-bean milk.My husband said that my breakfast was too sumptuous.But I didn't think so.I will continue this way.
中餐,公司盒饭,一份例汤+1两米饭+2种素菜+1块鱼。公司的那个抠呀,油少盐多,实在是不香,但为了下午有旺盛的精力工作,只能吃下去。就这,同样被老公评价道,既然盐多,还是少吃为妙。嘎嘎~~~还让不让人活。
About lunch,I always
晚餐,有家里的大厨备餐,自然味美可口,但菜量有限。通常,一份冬瓜汤+半两米饭+2种青菜+极少量荤菜。老公仍有苛扣欲望,准备把我的半两米饭再减二分之一,极少荤腥彻底去除。
Apropos of supper,since it always
零食,上午十点左右补充几颗坚果,类似核桃、花生、杏仁等。晚餐一小时后吃一份水果。
饮水,清晨1杯蜂蜜水,白天若干杯柠檬水or菊花茶,睡觉前半杯纯净水。这些还好没被批出错误来。

总而言之,言而总之,我们的饮食还算是有规律、有营养、适量、合理型的。哪位瑜友or博友or网友or朋友or蜜友能提供一些更加完善合理的意见,感激+感激!
