中午精彩时刻 Every Noon

每天中午,午餐后的半小时散步,算是我一天工作中最好的运动。坐班,三年五载下来,多少也有点儿职业病,最明显的是肚子和大腿上的脂肪很容易堆积。尽管每天坚持晨瑜,这些位置的脂肪还是不甘示弱地往身上挤。夏天到来,进入穿裙子的季节,看来,必须做些有针对性的强化运动啦
。
Every noon,I used to go walk for half an hour after lunch.This is my favorite sport during my whole day work.From these years work,I got one sum-up.If you sit all the days for many years,you will easily gain weight at your belly and thigh.So did I.From today on,I will do some special sports to lose weight.Because Summer is coming.
公司处于商业区,所谓的午后散步基本演变成逛商场、逛超市或者逛些附近的精品小店。偶尔也会到附近的社区花园去走走。较喜欢几个长期放着佛乐的小店,走进去细细品味一番,件件商品都透着一股着佛文化味道。店老板独自欣赏着自己中意的物品,不会像其他精品店老板一样不停地向你推荐,让你感觉这里的佛缘商品只讲求缘,不讲求卖。

子午觉的“午”部分,通常被安排在13点到13点半之间。这个时候,公司全体同仁基本都在午休。如若谁的主机声音过大,这会儿也是最容易听出来的。关于醒来,是个生物钟问题。被同事称赞过多次,我的生物钟超准,每次醒来都恰如其分。
I have a habit to take a nap at noon between 13:00~13:30.So do
my colleagues.Our offices become very quiet at this time.If
someone's computer is too noisy,it can be easily
heard.
而后,便是精彩一天的下半部分。
