体验感冒咳嗽的食疗法 About Food Therapy

向来自认为身体状况非常好,近日却先是咳嗽,再又感冒,大病没有,小病接二连三。又是一个四月,练习瑜伽已整整三年,三年来基本从未间断,越发了解自己的身体,即使病了,也大致可分析出是什么原因导致生病,甚至可以自己解决简单疾病的治疗。

I always thought I was very healthy,but these days I caught a cold and cough.I have lived with yoga for three years.In these three years,I did yoga almost everyday.Now I deeply know more about my health,even know when and where I will have an ache.And I also know how to deel will it.

  

感冒在这阳春三月,常见病是也。身边就有好多朋友感冒了,说不上流感,气温忽高忽低,天气变化无常也是容易患上感冒的直接原因。以我的切身体会,向大家分析下感冒咳嗽的食疗方法。

It's very easy to catch cold in early Spring.Just like me,many friends of mine caught cold these days.Maybe the direct reason is the capricious weather.Now,I will share some methords about food therapy.

 

感冒:生姜切片加水煮10分钟,再加入蜂蜜或红糖煮上2分钟,趁热将姜汤喝下去,穿厚一点或者直接进被窝捂着,若出些汗,一准儿有效,若没出汗,全身也会发热,多试几次,三遍下来,感冒基本就好了。

If you catch a cold,you can try to boil water with some ginger and honey,or with some ginger and red sugar.Then you should drink it when it is still hot.After that you can go to bed or wear more clothes.If you try to do this more than three times,you can get well soon.

 

咳嗽:雪梨切块加水煮10分钟,再加入蜂蜜煮上3分钟,同样是趁热喝下去,最好把煮透的梨块也吃掉,润肺止咳,不会马上把咳嗽止住,毕竟食疗的效果比药物稍慢,但绝对健康,第一次喝下去喉咙马上得到滋润,多试几次咳嗽便能止住。

If you get a cough,you should try to boil water with a pear and little honey.Then you can drink it and even eat the pear.This methord is very useful to help you stopping the cough.If you try more times the effects will be more notable.

 

除此之外,患上感冒咳嗽最好不要吃水果,不要吃冰冷的食物,这也是值得注意的。若病情过于严重,及时寻医治疗也是应该的,食疗只是一种天然健康的配合疾病治疗的方法,并不完全取代医药。实话实说,俺这次生病还是喝了药,但食疗方法也起大了非常大的推动作用,很快便康复啦。

Besides this,you should not eat any fruit and any other cold food.Of course food therapy can not instead of medication.It just can help you to get well as soon as possible.To tell you the truth,I have taken some medicine this time,but food therapy is also helpful for me.
