安装数字电视的朋友们,大家是不是有众多电视节目不知看什么才好?今天向大家推荐一档不错的节目,《时代风尚》频道,晚九点半至十点,时间刚好在睡觉之前,隔天一换,要么是瑜伽,要么是健身类运动,这是我偶然中发现的规律。起初一个人跟着做,一周后把老公也叫上一起运动。一般不会过于激烈,半个小时的运动量,结束后再静坐5-10分钟,提高睡眠质量,感觉非常好。

数字电视节目确实多,除此频道外,还有一些频道也非常好,《健康美食》、《Fashion TV》、《读书》等等…… 现在电视基本充当了我的老师,定时开机,定时收看。
The digital television is very nice,there are a lot of good channels,such as <Health food>、<Fashion TV>、<Reading> and so on.Now the TV just like my teacher,I choose some programs to watch and learn a lot of things from that.
