天变冷，事变多，瑜伽时间被莫名的一再缩短。夏季的一个小时，初秋的四十分钟，深秋的半个小时，初冬的今晨竟因为杂七杂八的事压缩到仅练了十分钟。心里一阵阵对自己的不满，难道时间就这么无情的被生活琐事霸占？老公算是不错的，分担掉周一、三、五的家务，分担掉炒菜，剩下留给自己的就是周二、四、六的家务和洗菜+叠衣被。周日大扫除搭配着干活。大概是起床时间稍晚了些，整顿一番，明天开始，还是打算重整旗鼓，将瑜伽时间控制在40-60分钟之间。

Recently,the weather becomes colder and colder. Unfortunately,I feel like having more and more things to deal with.My yoga time be reduced less then before,from one hour in Summer,fourty minutes in Autumn,till now I just did yoga for ten minutes today.I could not be satisfied with myself. My husband help me to do almost half of our housework.But why I still have so little time to do yoga? From tomorrow on,I will do yoga control 40-60 minutes.

讨厌的一些事周而复始的发生，例如公司调整，例如脸上的小痘痘，例如总也不能尽善尽美的商务谈判…，还例如看后总觉得故事情节差不多也还是想看的韩剧。“讨厌”需要控制吗？小女子看来，讨厌就让她去讨厌，无非是不喜欢罢了，这世上不喜欢的人和事太多太多，看看这个笑脸，事还是要接着做下去，生活也将继续。水杯和电脑桌面都是这个笑脸娃娃，时刻提醒我，要开心，要快乐，没有任何烦恼值得放在心上，烦过也就算了，这才是正道。

There was something I didn't like happened frequently.Just like some changes in our company,

and some business negotiation and so on.We could not make everything wonderful,just do that by our best,I think that's ok.

说完“讨厌”，轮到“懒惰”。瑜伽时间的压缩，家庭琐事的没完没了，工作事务的扎堆如山，说到底还是惰性造反。惰性见缝便插针，无论如何，是时候该将它扼杀在萌芽阶段了。下令，马上执行！最近的闲言碎语，一吐为快，好不畅快……哈哈！

Maybe I was a little lazy these days.I spent much more time to do housework and sleep,so that I had less time to do yoga.Lazy is a bad habit.I must keep distance with it.It's so happy to write down my feelings.

其实，凡事好坏都有个度，在想到仅瑜了十分钟的时候，转念想想十分钟同样是身心的放松，能在“百忙”中坚持这宝贵的十分钟，岂不也是好的一面？乌呼乌呼，唯想得开者，快乐幸福也~！

In fact,every bad thing has it's positive side，and every good thing has it's negative side. So,I can still do yoga for ten minutes in a busy day,that has it's positive side.Right?
