温差大,同样坚持瑜伽  Be persistent

这个季节,昼夜温差大。晨瑜起初,始终觉得衣服稍薄,冷冷的,尤其在调息时,因为处于相对静的状态,热度不够,好在,几组拜日下来,身体开始变得暖和,再往下走,身体各部位有针对的练习,渐渐开始有汗水冒出。这种感觉是非常棒的。突然,又忆起在北京的日子,北京的冬天因为暖气使得瑜伽相对舒适,而南方大多没有暖气,又没到开空调的地步,这个阶段是一种挑战,毅力稍弱就会在这种季节选择放弃,坚持!

It is during these seasons that the differences in temperature between warm and cold masses of air are greatest.When I get up to do yoga in the morning,I feel a little cold at the very beginning.Especially when I do prana yama,I feel pretty cold.But after that when I finish some poses,I become warmer and warmer.At the end,the sweat sprang up on my forehead.It's very fantastic.It makes me remembering my life in Beijing,especially yoga in Winter in Beijing.We don't have central heating here in Wuhan,so it's much more difficult then Beijing.If we want to still do yoga in these seasons,we must hold on,and be persistent!
