烹饪小技巧:
肉片选用肥瘦相间的最好;腌肉的汤汁多一些,将米粉浸湿蒸出来才软和;打米粉的料理机用普通的就可以,不需要太细腻,可以分次打完,用不完的放瓶子或者袋子里密封保存,短期内用完。
