《憨熊-“我想要个女朋友。”》— 趣味性的语言启蒙（中英对照）

《憨熊—“我想要个女朋友。”》：这又是一例含有语言教学功能的绘本故事。这个故事的语言教学目标是什么？孩子们要学会哪种句型句式？哪一类的单词？
这次，我要做父母和老师的读者们自己研究、自己发现。想一想，怎样把这个故事作为小话剧和孩子表演、练习对话？
读后问孩子两个简单的问题：1。“你喜欢这个故事的什么？”2。“为什么？”（锻炼孩子对细节的记忆能力、对事情的感受和观点的形成，以及组织语言和表达自己的能力。要根据孩子的年龄和能力调节教、学活动。）

Han Bear visits Chinatown to buy a backscratcher.
小熊来到唐人街，想买把抓背挠儿。
A fortune teller stops him. “This is your lucky year. Pay me a
dollar and I will read your fortune. Pay me ten dollars and your
wish will come true.”
一位算命先生拦住了他：“今年是你的幸运年。付给我一块钱，我给你算算命；付给我十块钱，你的愿望会成真。”
Han Bear jokes, “I wish to have a
girlfriend.”
憨熊开玩笑地说：“我希望有个女朋友。”
“A bear wants a girlfriend.”
“一只熊想要个女朋友。”
“A bear wants a girlfriend.”
“一只熊想要个女朋友。”
“A bear wants a girlfriend.”
“一只熊想要个女朋友。”
The gossip passes around Chinatown three times and reaches the ear of a matchmaker.
消息在唐人街绕了三圈儿，然后传到了媒人婆的耳朵里。
The matchmaker shows Han Bear a picture of Miss Cat.
媒人婆给憨熊看了张猫小姐的照片。
Han Bear says, “A cat is too fussy.”
憨熊说：“猫太刺儿了。”
The matchmaker shows Han Bear a picture of Miss Dog.
媒人婆给憨熊看了张狗小姐的照片。
Han Bear says, “A dog is too lazy.”
憨熊说：“狗太懒了。”
The matchmaker shows Han Bear a picture of Miss Turtle.
媒人婆给憨熊看了张龟小姐的照片。
Han Bear says, “A turtle is too slow.”
憨熊说：“龟太慢了。”
The matchmaker shows Han Bear a picture of Miss Rabbit.
媒人婆给憨熊看了张兔小姐的照片。
Han Bear says, “A rabbit is too speedy.”
憨熊说：“兔太快了。”
The matchmaker shows Han Bear a picture of Miss Fox.
媒人婆给憨熊看了张狐狸小姐的照片。
Han Bear says, “A fox is too cunning.”
憨熊说：“狐狸太狡猾了。”
The matchmaker shows Han Bear a picture of Miss Mouse.
Han Bear says, “A mouse is too greedy.”
憨熊说：“鼠太贪了。”
The matchmaker shows Han Bear a picture of Miss Ladybug.
媒人婆给憨熊看了张花大姐的照片。
Han Bear says, “A ladybug is too quiet.”
憨熊说：“花大姐太安静了。”
The matchmaker shows Han Bear a picture of Miss Bird.
媒人婆给憨熊看了张鸟小姐的照片。
Han Bear says, “A bird is too noisy.”
憨熊说：“鸟太吵了。”
The matchmaker shows Han Bear a picture of Miss Butterfly.
媒人婆给憨熊看了张蝴蝶小姐的照片。
Han Bear says, “A butterfly is too light.”
憨熊说：“蝴蝶太轻了。”
The matchmaker shows Han Bear a picture of a Miss Elephant.
媒人婆给憨熊看了张大象小姐的照片。
Han Bear says, “An elephant is too heavy.”
憨熊说：“大象太重了。”
Finally, the matchmaker is frustrated. “I give up. And your wish will never come true!”
媒人婆终于火了：“我不干了！你的愿望永远不能实现！”
Angrily, she marches out and calls in the fortune
teller.
她气哼哼地冲了出去，叫进来了算命先生。”
The fortune teller says, “Pay me ten dollars and your wish will come true.”
算命先生说：“付给我十块钱，你的愿望会成真。”
Han Bear hands over his money unwillingly. “But my back itches. All I wanted was to buy a backscratcher.”
憨熊不情愿地把十块钱递给了他：“可是，我的后背痒痒。我本来是想买把抓背挠儿的。
“Aha!” The matchmaker grins and leaves the room.
“啊！”媒人婆暗笑着出去了。
When she returns, the matchmaker brings back a hedgehog!
当她回来的时候，媒人婆带回来了一只刺猬！
Han Bear is pleased. “Thank you both. My wish has really come true!”
憨熊高兴了：“谢谢你们俩啊。我的愿望果然实现啦！”
这个故事的灵感可是简单多了。2010年是我的本命年，人家说我的本命年不走运，建议我去唐人街买一条红裤带，图个吉利。最好找个算命的看看，怎样逢凶化吉。我就有了个灵感，一个很好的故事开端，然后，顺着随意的思路写了下去。。。
