Salary.com's survey results show that inadequate compensation is by far the number one reason that employees want to leave their job within the next three months.
Whether it is poor pay, lack of appreciation, a long commute, or a tyrannical boss, many employees across America have just about had it with their jobs. This has led some employees to either passively or aggressively seek to leave their job within the next three months. The compensation experts at Salary.com recently identified 8,000 employees likely to look for a new job in the next three months, and asked them what makes them want to leave their current job. The results may surprise you.

虚拟语气
有些条件句是可能实现的,称为真实条件句. 虚拟语气是动词的一种特殊形式,用来表达说话人的意愿.请求,设想,等未能或不可能实现的事实,或说话人看来实现可能性很小的情况.做这类题时首先要弄清楚虚拟语气的各种句型,即由if引导的虚拟条件句,省略if的倒装形式,可跟虚拟语气的宾语从句,同位语从句,表语从句的句型,以及表示祝愿或感叹的句子和由without, but for等介词引导的短语或句子.

Some time ago, I heard a young woman say,
'I am enough.' I was struck and intrigued by the expression_r, and
so I set out to research it. It originated with Carl Rogers, the
psychotherapist, who was asked how he did what he did, so
successfully. His response was, 'Before a session with a client, I
let myself know that 'I am enough.' Not perfect - because perfect
wouldn't be enough. But I am human, and there is nothing that this
client can say or do or feel that I cannot feel in myself. I can be

春节过后去了趟美国，主要目的是去美国西海岸旅游，顺便去圣地亚哥看看多年不见的朋友。本来想这次可以好好看看美国经济萧条的笑话，顺便为中国会在
2020 年全面超越美国找一些注脚。但是到美国几天之后，我彻底从赶超美国的梦中惊醒。我感到了
美国的可怕，怕的不是圣地亚哥军港里的核动力航母，不是加州人均5万美元的GDP，不是UCSD的排名全球第一的生物工程学院。这些我们都有可能做得到。让我感触良多的，是一些小事，是我们每天都会经历的日常琐事。而且就是这些小事上，我们看不到赶超的希望。
