白日渐小，伛偻的夜早早来到

把它团团围住 - 

在傍晚的纵深里，下午

抛下他黄色的短促 - 

风出动，摆着战斗的架势

树叶有了借口托辞 -

译记：这首诗描写深秋时令。白日越来越短，令诗人觉得白日是被每天早早到来的黑夜团团包围。与漫长的傍晚相比，下午是那么短促。疾风吹动，树叶似乎有了离去翻飞的借口。举目可见曾被树叶遮住的石头，因而诗人把花岗岩作为十一月的服饰。挂起帽子，就是说十一月登堂入室了。
