我记得有一个台湾的心理学家说过一句话，很有意思：神通和神经只差一步。

问题是您要神通做什么？想让自己变得神经？

就象每一个经过不断静坐、冥想或内观的人一样，经常做催眠、引导入定或内观的人也会出现神通，这在魏斯的书中已经出现过，没什么奇怪，问题是你是否能够分辨是智慧成就还是附体？

真正的神通是智慧成就，如果您没有智慧成就，劝您还省省吧，免得变成神经。神通只不过是在修行道路上的附产品而已，想要通过神通来帮助别人的，很容易被魔障，而被魔障的人基本表现就是神经，也就是精神分裂。

另外，一个真正智慧成就的人，就算是有神通，也不会展示出来，他的表现也跟凡夫没有什么分别，因为他很清楚，凡有所相皆是虚妄，也知道一切法由心相生，更明白唯心所变，唯识所现。

所以如果您没有这样的智慧成就，但却看到了别人看不到的东西，只能劝您要警惕魔障现前了。
