有学佛的同修很直接地问：催眠这样的法门是不是可以让人如何如何……

我想申明的是，催眠不是什么法门，它只是一种心理咨询技术而已，或者说只是一个工具，不要把催眠上升到法门的高度，也不要迷信它，修行没有捷径，要脚踏实地，努力改过向善，一步步走上去。

还有人说催眠是外道，这也算是高抬了催眠，无论是引导入定，引导内观还是催眠，都谈不到“道”的高度，它的目的只有一个：帮助个案获得心灵成长，释放心灵垃圾，解决心理问题，从而过上幸福的生活，从而获得追求解脱的力量。

并且我不是变魔术的，也不是神婆，没有开天眼，也没有任何神通，只是一个修行过程中的心理咨询师而已，我不可能吹一口气就改变你的命运，就算是释迦牟尼佛也不可能摸摸你头就改变了你的命运，你的命运是你自己造作的，能不能改变全在你自己。

而想要依靠催眠而获得某种神通，来证明自己修行的高度，其实说白了那就是一种贪念，是对名闻利养的执着。而当一个人看到自己内心的贪恋和执着，才是真正修行上的进步，进而放下这样的贪恋和执着才能获得真正的成长。
