材料:鸡蛋4个
做法:
1、鸡蛋和细砂糖放入容器,用打蛋器打至均匀.
2.电动打蛋器先用高速打到蛋糊发白,然后用中速打全发

3、加入色拉油,继续搅打均匀

4、全蛋打发好的蛋糊可以挂在打蛋头上,落下的蛋糊不容易消散即可.

5、分3次加入过筛的低粉,用刮刀翻拌均匀,不用划圈,避免消泡

6、蛋糊倒入模具,入预热烤箱180度,中下层35分钟左右(这一步忘记拍照了,下次补上)
