2.加入水怡,电动打蛋器先用高速打到蛋糊发白,然后用中速打全发.

3、全蛋打发好的蛋糊可以挂在打蛋头上,落下的蛋糊不容易消散即可.
4、分两次筛入低粉,用刮刀切拌拌匀,融化的黄油和牛奶放另一个容器,先挑少许面糊到容器里和黄油牛奶拌均匀,再倒回蛋糊里彻底拌匀

5、蛋糕糊倒入纸杯,轻震一下,加入适量酒渍红堤和蔓越莓.
