职位描述:

• 领导交互设计项目，参与产品周期从构思过程至产品细节各个环节的设计工作

• 分析产品需求和用户需求，规划设计方案，定义用户模型，规划产品的交互框架，并制定交互设计规范

• 在高效协作的情况下，与其他用户体验设计师，产品经理和工程师紧密合作

• 在需求不变的情况下，持续改进线上产品的用户体验

• Drive design in all stages of the product cycle, from ideation to production details. The candidate should be able to lead a design initiative.

• Analyze product requirements and user needs, influence the design strategy, define the user model, high level structure, and detailed interactions.

• Work closely with other user experience designers, product managers, and engineers in a highly collaborative environment

• Focus on enhancement of the online products

职位要求:

• 3年以上行业经验，视觉传达、人机交互或其他相关专业，本科及以上学历

• 具备出色的分析能力、解决问题的能力以及批判性思维

• 对交互设计和可用性原则有深刻理解

• 精通常用设计工具（ Photoshop, AXURE, Omnigraffle, Illustrator等）

• 候选人请附作品（网站链接／pdf，不接受zip／rar档案）

• 3 years of industry experience and a bachelor/master degree in interaction design, HCI, graphic design, or a related field

• Excellent analytical skills, problem solving skills, and critical thinking

• Strong understanding of interaction design and usability principles

• Strong communication and storytelling skills, design thought leadership

• Proficiency with common design tools (Photoshop, Axure, Omnigraffle, Illustrator, etc.)
