The boarding school application process is teemed with writing, writing and more writing. Each school has several short answer questions and one or two essay questions. They are all in one way or another very similar to each other, thus decreases the total time I need to put into answering these questions: I could finish writing the essays to some schools, and paste the answers to the similar questions in other schools. With some minor changes and adjustments, they would be just fine.
   The parents questionnaire and teacher recommendation is what worry me most. I have my extra and English recommendation finished by my foreign teachers, but the school report and math recommendation need to be finished by myself. For some schools like Andover and Choate, they receive Chinese answers as well, so I don't have to worry too much about that.I am still thinking about how I am going to approach my math teacher and ask for recommendation, it would be really hard. The school report and counselor recommendation as well: none of my "counselors" can possibly finish the recommendation in English. There is a bunch of work to do on that.
   I should finish the school report next week, and my math recommendation as well. The essays are about to finish, the parents questionnaire could wait for a while. My interviews are all done, and I am going to drop the application for Exeter: people say that it is a school for nerds, and I feel like they never reply my emails. Too bad I have wasted my score sending chance on it. So now I have only five schools to concern about; there should be much less work that way. My thought is to finish the application before the end of this year, since I have finals to prepare for.
  
   Good thing is that I haven't screwed my midterms because of the SAT or the application; I even showed some progress comparing with last semester's midterms (I didn't take the finals because of summer school). I ranged 19 out of five hundred students who chose science. It wasn't too bad, but there's definitely much space for me to improve.

   School isn't a big problem right now; I just need to finish my application as soon as possible.
