                                                                        我对小龙虾是喜欢的
                                                               
自然也喜欢变化做法享受它的美味

今日分享的做法里用了大量的蒜
                                                                                 蒜香味十足

最开始爱上蒜香龙虾是源于爱溜溜的博文《蒜蓉龙虾》
                                                    
印象深刻,无论文字还是图片都是那么地诱人
                                                                      
一直想着做做
                                                        
吃货的本性就是喜欢做,喜欢吃
                                                      
所以就有了这个夏日里的龙虾新滋味
                                                        
蒜粒用刀直接拍碎,蒜香味更浓烈
                                                             
下锅爆香后小龙虾热锅翻炒
                                                              
 调入调料后添少许小茴香
                                                                放入焖锅中小火焖5-10分钟
                                                                           
  揭盖之后
                                                                
香味扑鼻,虾肉饱满Q弹
                                                                  
沾汁之后在舌尖上跳舞

【用料】
小龙虾500-700克
白酒20ml,酱油2大勺,蒜大量,小茴香少许

【做法】
 1,蒜粒用刀背拍碎
 2,锅中放油把拍蒜放入锅中爆香
 3,下小龙虾大火炒红
 4,调入20ml左右白酒翻炒去腥提香
 5,加入两大勺酱油同炒
 6,倒入少许小茴香
 7,换到焖锅中焖510-15分钟,出锅前调少许盐试味即可
