主料
杏鲍菇2个蚝油30ml
辅料
老抽6ml生抽10ml
白糖15克水淀粉适量
清水少许小香葱一棵
油适量盐少许
蚝油杏鲍菇的做法步骤

1.准备杏鲍菇;

2.洗净后切厚一点的圆片,在圆片的2面用刀纵横交错切上花纹,注意不要切断;

3.把蚝油、老抽、生抽、白糖、少许的盐全部放入调料碗里,加入适量的清水调拌均匀,

4.准备适量的水淀粉;

5.炒锅放适量的油,温热时放入香葱的葱白,放入杏鲍菇翻炒;

6.待杏鲍菇炒软,并炒出水分时,放入调好的料汁;
