大钟大鼓置二楼，敲击报时春复秋。
昼开夜闭四城门，此为信号执行之。
建筑巍，势挺拔，熠熠生辉堪壮丽。
钟鼓楼曾经维修，现成完好的古迹。

已完成，五标段，工程百分之八十。
将军民俗未完工，其余工程已完毕。
