那么如何才能够，拥有气量大无穷？

老子庄子皆说过，托不得已以养中。

中是需要滋养的，养料自然不俗同。

人间那些不得已，天然养料处处逢。

So how can we have infinite energy?

Laozi and Zhuangzi have all said that it is necessary to take care of oneself.

Middle aged people need nourishment, and the nutrients are naturally different.

 

Natural nutrients are everywhere in the world that are unavoidable.

人间不如意之事，十之八九太多是。

事情都是不得已，生活之中常相遇。

有人会把不得已，看作是苦常叹息。

智慧通达人则知，修行资粮和契机。

Ten out of ten, there are too many unpleasant things in the world.

Everything is a last resort, and we often encounter each other in life.

Some people may regard it as a necessity and often sigh as suffering.

 

Wisdom and understanding lead to knowledge, cultivation resources, and opportunities.

天下人间是道场，悠悠人生是修行。

只有吞得下委屈，才能喂得大格局。

格局大了气量大，气度非凡无伦比。

老子当年曾经讲：世人谨记莫忘记。

The world is a place of enlightenment, and a leisurely life is a practice.

Only by swallowing grievances can we feed the overall situation.

The larger the pattern, the greater the capacity, and the unparalleled grandeur.

 

Laozi once said: 'The world must remember and never forget.'.

多言数穷言即穷，不如上策谨守中。

中即中庸需要守，随波逐浪中难逢。

守的方式不多话，不要多事自宽容。

然而这只是表面，真正内涵玄无穷。

It is better to keep the best policy and keep it in mind.

The doctrine of the mean needs to be upheld, and it is rare to encounter it amidst the waves.

The way to guard is not to talk too much, don't be tolerant of too many things.

 

However, this is only superficial, and the true meaning is endless.

老子真正要告诉，我们怎样去守中。

守中就是要守心，守护内心的虚静。

虚大宁静就会深，广大深远由此成。

老子告诉我们的，修心养神的精髓。

Laozi really wants to tell us how to guard the center.

Guarding the center means guarding the heart and guarding the emptiness of the heart.

The emptiness and tranquility will deepen, and the vastness and profoundness will come from this.

 

What Laozi told us is the essence of cultivating the mind and nourishing the mind.

庄子告诉我们道，处事为人须守中。

一内一外两兼顾，一养一守自始终。

人们正是在培积，中气十足自从容。

日复一日天长久，扩成气量势恢弘。

Zhuangzi told us that in handling affairs, one must keep the middle ground.

Taking into account both internal and external factors, and maintaining and guarding oneself from beginning to end.

People are cultivating their energy and taking it easy.

Day in and day out, it expands into a magnificent momentum.

佛家主流是大乘，大乘佛教两派撑。

一个唯识人皆晓，另一更早受推崇。

祖师龙树被推为，八宗共祖享盛名。

这个学派的名字，正是中观玄无穷。

The mainstream of Buddhism is Mahayana, which is supported by two schools of Buddhism.

One wise person knows, and the other is revered earlier.

The ancestor Longshu was promoted and the eight ancestors shared a great reputation.

The name of this school of thought is precisely Zhongguanxuan Infinity.

 

中观学说叫中道，何为中道几人晓？

中观第一经典中，说得非常明白了：

万事因缘所生法，万物我说即是空。

一切亦为是假名，所有亦是道义中。

The doctrine of the Middle Way is called the Middle Way, and how many people know it?

In the first classic of the Middle School, it is very clear:

All things are created by fate, and I say all things are emptiness.

Everything is also a pseudonym, and everything is also moral.

佛陀讲缘起性空，中观说真空妙有。

含义其实没两样，万事万物各千秋。

皆是因缘而和合，因无自性性即空。

不能说有或说没，有没皆在一体中。

The Buddha talks about the origin of emptiness in nature, while the Medieval View says that emptiness is wonderful.

The meaning is actually the same, everything has its own unique characteristics.

All are due to fate and harmony, and emptiness is due to the lack of self nature.

 

You cannot say 'yes' or' no ',' yes' or 'no' is all in one.

有的一体不两分，万万千千圆一融。

中道就这有无间、亦真亦假妙其中。

天地宇宙大乾坤，万事万物多无穷。

莫不遵循这原理，自从开始至始终。

Some are not divided into two parts, and they blend into one thousand yuan.

The middle path has no space, and it is both true and false.

The universe is vast, and everything is infinite.

 

Do not follow this principle, from the beginning to the end.

佛家讲心又求悟，所以修炼求至中。

当人抵达中道境，那么人心已空灵。

就跟天地与万物，连接一处相共融。

人心就是大宇宙，宇宙就是大人心。

还有能比这心量，宽阔无涯大无穷？

Buddhism teaches the mind and seeks enlightenment, so practicing is the ultimate goal.

When a person reaches the realm of the Middle Way, their heart is already ethereal.

It is connected and integrated with heaven and earth and all things.

The human heart is the universe, and the universe is the human heart.

Can there be anything greater than this heart, boundless and boundless?

如何抵达中道境？同样出现中论里：

世态不常亦不断。宇宙不生亦不灭。

万事不来亦不出，万物不一亦不异。

这是佛家名著的，八不中道之真谛。

How to reach Zhongdao Realm? Also appearing in the middle theory:

The state of the world is not always constant. The universe neither grows nor dies.

Everything does not come or go, and all things are one and the same.

This is a Buddhist masterpiece, the true essence of the Eight Nostalgia.

八不中道其精髓，其实就在一破字。

若生破去是不生，若灭破去是不灭。

若常破去是不常，若断破去是不断。

来什么就破什么，来了啥就破了啥。

The essence of the Eight Bu Zhong Dao is actually in a broken character.

If born or broken, it is immortal; if destroyed or broken, it is immortal.

If it breaks often, it is not often; if it breaks, it is continuous.

 

Break whatever comes, and break whatever comes.

遇到神仙杀神仙，遇到恶魔就杀魔。

遇到佛来就杀佛，这样万般皆可破。

剩下自然就是无，亦空亦有无迹踪。

亦假亦真真亦假，万物皆空玄无穷。

When encountering immortals, kill them; when encountering demons, kill them.

Kill the Buddha when you encounter him, so that everything can be broken.

The remaining nature is nothing, and there is also no trace of emptiness.

Both false and true, all things are infinite and mysterious.

破去之路是什么？世间几人知道它。

其实就是觉悟路，人生不断的升华。

在生活中最容易，会把认识绝对化。

常把观念固定化，生活一成不变化。

What is the path to destruction? How many people in the world know it.

In fact, it is the path of enlightenment, the continuous sublimation of life.

In life, it is easiest to absolve knowledge.

We often fix our ideas and keep our lives unchanged.

这样的人就是迷，这样人生不可取。

作茧自缚的结局，只能僵死和困死。

中道境界则不然，开放通达随机缘。

故而时时在静修，故而刻刻在修炼。

Such people are fans, and this kind of life is not advisable.

The ending of being trapped in a cocoon can only lead to death and suffocation.

The Middle Realm is not the case, as it is open to random access.

Therefore, I am constantly practicing in meditation and constantly practicing.

 

总说人心要通透，心只有通才能透。

只有通透才自在，自在才能豁达开。

因人那时顺应的，就是万物的趋势。

借助天地的同力，创造崭新的世界。

It is always said that the human heart needs to be transparent, and only through this can the heart be transparent.

e be free, and freedom can one be open-minded.

Because what humans followed at that time was the trend of all things.

 

Create a new world with the help of the synergy of heaven and earth.

 

可以看到儒释道，入手不同真玄妙。

但是在中这一上，大同小异差别小。

落到人生修行上，都与中字为代表。

一个真有雅量人，气量心量两不少。

You can see that Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism have different approaches, which is truly mysterious.

But in this aspect, there are small differences and similarities.

When it comes to life practice, it is represented by the Chinese character.

 

A truly magnanimous person, with a lot of magnanimity and heart.

一个有气量的人，必有雅量和心量。

一个有心量的人，必有雅量和气量。

这样才是真正的，儒释道的合为一。

这样才是真正的，万法归宗的真谛。

A person with a generous heart must have magnanimity and magnanimity.

This is the true unity of Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism.

This is the true essence of returning all laws to the sect.

 

A person with magnanimity must have magnanimity and heart.

而一个在雅量上，在气量和心量上。

都达到了极致人，他的境界非寻常。

正是中国文化的，最高境界与理想。

天人合一创世界，必创一个新地天。

And one is in terms of magnanimity, in terms of magnanimity and mental capacity.

They have all reached the extreme, and his realm is extraordinary.

It is precisely the highest realm and ideal of Chinese culture.

The unity of heaven and man creates the world, and a new earth and heaven will be created.
