材料:高粉300g、低粉70g、奶粉30g、砂糖20g、盐1/2、干酵母4.5g、全蛋50(留点刷表面)汤种120g、温水80ml、黄油30g
汤种:高粉20g+100ml的水搅拌至无颗粒,溶解后用小火慢慢煮至浓稠,放凉备用,最好提前一晚做好,冷藏。

做法:1、鸡蛋打散,加糖和盐混合,先加部分水,然后放入高粉和奶粉,汤种、干酵母放在最上面,不能与盐接触,会影响发酵效果。
