材料:高粉(金像)250g、
汤种:高粉20g、水100ml(两者同时混合雨水,小火慢慢搅拌至浓稠,关火待凉,放进冰箱冷藏一夜)

做法 1、鸡蛋打散,先将水分材料鸡蛋液、水110ml、盐、放进面包机桶里,其次放入粉类,糖、酵母、奶粉汤种等材料,启动面包机“面团”步骤,进行揉面20分钟。
