西葫芦炒米粉米粉炒粉快手菜 |

院子里收的最后两根西葫芦只一根擦丝就成了一大盆,一半做了西葫芦蛋糕,剩下的一半我拿来炒了个简单的米粉,很好吃呢!
Half of the last two of my Zucchini was turn into zucchini cake, and the remaining one was used to make this yummy fried noodle since it was already shredded. It is a easy and quick breakfast choice too!
材料:
1 片 米粉 (泡软)
2 杯 西葫芦丝
1 杯 豆芽
1 tbsp 蒜蓉
1 小段香肠/sausage 切片 可无
调味:
1 小勺 老抽
2 大勺 生抽 (或适量)
一点胡椒粉 可无
几滴麻油
Ingredients:
1 Piece of Bihun (Rice noodle) Soaked
2 cup or more of shredded zucchini
1 cup of bean sprout (Tou geh)
1 tbsp Minced garlic

Seasoning:
1 tsp Dark/Sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp Light Soy sauce
A pinch of pepper powder optional
Few drops of sesame oil optional
1. 西葫芦擦丝,米粉泡软,蒜头剁碎。
2. 热上一口锅,加入两大匙油把蒜蓉炒香,如果加香肠的话,入锅炒香。
3. 然后加入米粉翻炒,加入1/3 杯水,老抽和酱油,翻炒至米粉油亮柔软,火候足够的时候,加入西葫芦和豆芽,继续翻炒至断生。起锅前撒点胡椒粉和几滴麻油增添香气。
