饶舌歌手伊芙成为大哥哥大姐姐组织的名人大使。
大家所熟知的伊芙的全名是伊芙·吉汉·杰弗斯（Eve Jihan Jeffers），上图为她与纽约市的大哥哥大姐姐（Big Brothers Big Sisters）组织的成员合影。大哥哥大姐姐组织任命这位格莱美音乐奖（Grammy Award）获奖饶舌歌手为2013年名人大使。
大哥哥大姐姐组织于1904年由一位纽约市法院书记官建立，旨在通过让孩子们与较年长的志愿者结成良师益友，帮助他们少惹麻烦、规划未来并发挥他们的潜能。调查研究表明，良师益友关系减少了孩子们服用毒品和酒精、逃学及使用暴力的可能性。自1978年以来，大哥哥大姐姐组织已将其良师益友计划扩展到百慕大、南非和保加利亚等地。
伊芙把她的单曲“走出这个小镇”（Make It Out This Town）献给参加大哥哥大姐姐组织的孩子们。她表示，这首歌所传递的战胜困难的精神体现了该组织帮助孩子们克服逆境的成效。
曾担任过大哥哥大姐姐组织名人大使的有全国篮球协会（NBA）的杜怀特·霍华德（Dwight Howard）和拳击手维克多·奥提兹（Victor Ortiz）。

Eve Jihan Jeffers, better known as Eve, poses with participants from Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City. Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) named the Grammy Award–winning rapper its celebrity ambassador in 2013.
Founded in 1904 by a New York City court clerk, BBBS helps children stay out of trouble, plan for their future and realize their potential through mentoring relationships with older volunteers. Studies have shown that these relationships make children less likely to use drugs and alcohol, less likely to skip school and less likely to become violent. Since 1978, BBBS has been expanding its mentoring program to places such as Bermuda, South Africa and Bulgaria.
Eve dedicated her single “Make It Out This Town” to children involved in Big Brothers Big Sisters. She says the song’s message of beating the odds speaks to the program’s efficacy in helping children overcome adversity.
Past BBBS celebrity ambassadors include the NBA’s Dwight Howard and boxer Victor Ortiz.
