Yoga is not only showing some difficult Asanas to public, but a
life style and a deep feeling. Yoga is totally based on feelings,
if no feelings in Asana just perfect
pose
, it means you are not practicing Yoga, you are just bending your
body, and that is an Exercise. Yoga practices need higher
concentration and have to feel each and every moment.
If need only Asana or physically flexibility then
so many persons can be great Yoga Teachers. The best teacher is not
who can fold the body or can show you so many difficult Asanas, the
best teacher can tell you and lead you how to practice these
Asanas. For me if I have to choose one Teacher
then first I will attend his theory class, and then explanation of
Asanas, and then I will check that can he lead me to further level?
But here I feel if saw one teacher can do so many difficult Asana
is a great teacher... they don't want to check his mental ability,
just check Asanas are very good, so he can be a great
teacher.
Everybody have their own body limitations, no need to go beyond
these limits, if we do so then this will lead us towards injuries.
So in Yoga we need to listen to the body, follow the flow of breath
and enjoy the practice, yoga is not painful, but peaceful. Slow in
process, maybe take some time to come to final level, but don't
worry because practice makes a person perfect. but don't be too
excited or hurry to get the final goal. thanks
everyone.
