为何清晨冥想最佳?Why <wbr>Morning <wbr>Meditation <wbr>is <wbr>best?

         (后附译文)If you meditate in the morning, you will find that your meditation will be most fruitful. Before the sun rises, the earth-consciousness is not yet agitated. The world has not yet entered into its daily turmoil. Nature is calm and quiet and will help you meditate. When nature is fast asleep, the animal in us or our un illumined consciousness also sleeps. At that time we are still in the world of energizing and fulfilling dreams, from which reality can grow. That is why the awakened aspiring consciousness can get the most out of early morning meditation.

        清晨冥想,将开启收获的一天。日出之前,在世界尚未进入烦嚣之时,沉静的自然有助于冥想。 当世界还在沉睡时,清醒的你能够收获最佳的冥想果实。

        Once the day dawns, Mother-Earth becomes divinely energetic or un divinely restless. These restless qualities of the world do not have to enter into you, but usually they will. When people move around, immediately their vibration enters into you, no matter where you are. The air, the light, everything around you becomes permeated with the vibration of human activity and human anxieties. The world is standing in front of you like a roaring lion. How can you enter into your highest meditation in front of a roaring lion? But if you can meditate before the world awakens, when the cosmos is still and people around you are taking rest, then you will be able to have a deeper meditation.

        破晓后,整个世界立即进入喧嚣,成为嘈杂的天地,尤其拜发达的工业所赐,无论你身处何处,你无法避开外界的干扰,整个世界就像一头怒吼的醒狮。我们可以在哪里冥想?

        Meditating during the day is very difficult. In the evening, meditation is also a little difficult, because for eight or ten hours you have been in the hustle and bustle of the world. During the day you have met with many un aspiring people, and unconsciously their un divine thoughts and impure ideas have entered into you. So unless you are inwardly very strong or very regular in your practice. Therefore, it becomes very difficult to meditate in the evening with the same hope and freshness.
        日间的冥想不是易事。那么夜晚呢?恐怕也有点困难。结束了8-10个小时的喧闹,潜意识里你已经被白天接触的形形色色而影响。他们之中,有善有恶,有清有浊,除非你有极强的内制力,不然必受其影响,而无法进入纯粹的冥想。洗个澡,会对你有所帮助。 在你交往的人中,善良温柔的朋友也会有益于冥想。

          If you need peace at one place, your soul will put peace there. The soul acts like a mother, who comes into the child's room in secrecy, early in the morning, to prepare for him the things he will need during the day. At night while you are sleeping, the soul gets the opportunity to do what is necessary for you. But during the day, when you are absorbed in the activities of the outer world, it is extremely difficult for the soul to give and for you to receive.  For all these reasons morning meditation is the best.

      如果需要一丝宁静灵神会给予你。它就像一位母亲一早悄悄进入孩子的房间为他准备一天所需。夜晚当孩子入眠她会利用这个时间准备所有的一切。但在白天,当你在游走在外,你们之间的交流几乎是不可能的。 因此,清晨是最佳的冥想时刻。
