     Yoga is not just a practice for reduce weight or maintain your figure, this is much more than that. Just need to understand and feel it. What we have to do, whenever you wanna practice Yoga then don't take any wishes or expectation with u, come with empty heart and empty feelings and just enjoy the practice and then you can feel and see the results are coming in positive way.Then you can feel you came with empty heart but going back with great peace,calm and happy feelings. Yoga is not teaching us to be greedy, but teaching us to be gentle and wise always.
     瑜伽不只是减肥和保持身材的运动,它远胜于此。我们需要了解并感受瑜伽。我们要做的是,当你练习瑜伽时不要带有任何目的,用纯净的心去感受瑜伽,你将体会到它正积极地作用于你。你将有“无欲而来,满载而归”的的感受,满载的是祥和,宁静与喜悦。瑜伽不会令你贪婪,而是引导我们走向善良和智慧的道路。

     Be calm and peaceful in the class and try to feel each and every moment during the whole class, and enjoy the real practice and let others also enjoy, don't try to compete with anyone, because yoga is not competition, just try to enjoy your own practice.
     在瑜伽课上,冷静,沉稳,试着感受课上的每一刻每一秒,享受真正的习练。不要与别人比较,因为瑜伽不是竞赛,你只需享受自己的练习。

     Have a nice and peaceful feelings with yoga, try to enjoy each and every moment during your class. Listen to teacher and try to follow his instructions and he/she can lead you to the right practice.
