头倒立小贴士 <wbr>about <wbr>head <wbr>stand


     Head Stand (sirsasana) is a very good asana for everyone, if one can try to practice everyday 3-5 minutes then can have a disease free and very healthy life , can remain young for a long time.This is a King of all the asanas, and have many physically, mentally and spiritually benefits. Why the Saints and Yogis in old time remain quite young for long time, no Grey hairs and also look very young? It is because they were regular practicing some breathing exercises, Meditation and Sirsasana in regular basis.
     头倒立是益处极大的一个体式,如果可以每天练习3-5分钟,可以令你远离疾病,保持健康长寿。它被称为瑜伽体式之王,有着广泛的生理精神和心灵方面的益处。为什么圣贤和瑜伽士们青春常驻,少有银发?因为他们坚持有规律的练习呼吸法,冥想和头倒立。

      But be careful learn and practice Head Stand first under qualified Teacher's guidance and then try at home with your teacher's permission and suggestions. With my own experience of Teaching i suggest For women, can't practice everyday, sometime can influence their temper and menses circle, so better women can practice 18-20 days in one Month.
     但是,开始时一定要在有资质的老师指导下练习,得到老师的许可后,才可以自己在家练习。根据我的教学经验,建议女性朋友们不要每天练习头倒立,因为有时这可能影响你的生理周期和情绪,最好一个月练习18-20天即可。

      In the beginning can practice this asana with the help of wall, then have less chance of fell down and injuries. But i will mention again if you are not master in this asana then don;t practice alone, must practice under your teacher's guidance.
     初期,可以借助墙面帮助练习,避免摔倒或受伤。再一次强调,如果你尚未掌握这一体式的练习要领,不要独自练习,务必在老师指导下尝试。
