关于冥想 <wbr>Meditation
     So many students ask me when they are meditating then meditate on which object ? how to meditate ? and what to do while meditation ?
     很多学生问我冥想时想什么? 怎么冥想? 冥想时做什么?
     For Yoga practitioners this is very common problems during meditation class, but i always say that during Meditation class try to listen yourself, feel yourself, let it happen, don't force anything, don't try anything, it's a very natural and pure feeling. While Meditation "Do not force Silence, just wait for it to happen." Then you can enjoy the real Meditation.
     在冥想课上, 这对瑜伽练习者是很常见的的问题. 我经常说冥想时倾听自我,感受自我, 顺其自然, 不强求,不逆行, 那是一种非常自然纯净的感觉. "不勉强, 等待它自然发生." 这样你可以享受真正的冥想.
     Yesterday I had a Meditation session, and my most of students can't understand English, but they said they have feeling and they enjoyed this session. You have to just feel, and listen to yourself or you can just concentrate on the voice of your "Guru" (Teacher), Language is no bar in Meditation class.
     昨天在我的冥想课上, 大部分学生不懂英语, 但是他们说感受得到而且享受了课程. 你只要去感受, 倾听自己, 试着把注意力集中在Guru(老师)的语音上, 语言绝不是冥想课的障碍.
     In Meditation class just be careful don't try so hard to concentrate and also don't force yourself to think anything, just let yourself adjust naturally...
     冥想课,注意不要过分强求专注, 也不要勉强自己去思考任何事物, 让身体自然调节.
