So on 11th I came back to China again, after quite long almost 45 days off. These days India's weather is becoming hot, but in China still cold. In India didn't get time to practice everyday Yoga,just can't make it regular because of so many things, arrange visa and other things and today started practice in China again.
    经历45天的休整, 11号, 我又回到了中国. 这阵子印度很热, 但是这里却寒意未减. 在印度的日子,琐事缠绕, 而且忙于签证, 无法保证每天的练习, 今天我回来了, 习练开始.
