            Yoga <wbr>Dance
     Yoga dance is a style of Yoga which, as the name implies, combines Yoga with dance. During a Yoga dance class, individuals typically dance in and out of classic Yoga poses. Some styles of Yoga dance incorporate a variety of moves from martial arts, belly dance, African dance and modern dance. The result is a flowing movement which allows for greater freedom of expression_rs while still providing a full body workout. Yoga dance can strengthen and tone the body, increase flexibility, reduce stress, and increase energy levels.
    瑜伽舞蹈是瑜伽的一种延伸形式,正如其名,是瑜伽与舞蹈的结合。在瑜伽舞蹈课程中,练习者以舞蹈的形式演绎每个瑜伽经典体式。有些瑜伽舞蹈结合了武术,肚皮舞,非洲舞蹈和现代舞的动作,形成一组流畅的全身运动,且让表演者充分利用面部表情传情达意。瑜伽舞蹈可以强健调节身体,增加身体的灵活性,舒缓压力,提高体能。

    A Yoga dance class typically begins with a warm-up which then flows into a combination of classic Yoga poses mixed with dance moves, followed by meditation and relaxation techniques. Yoga dance can be very creative, playful, fun and lively while at the same time promoting a sense of calm and well-being.
    典型的瑜伽舞蹈课以热身开始,接着进入瑜伽和舞蹈相结合的动作练习,伴随冥想和放松技巧。瑜伽舞蹈课可以充分发挥创造性,充满乐趣,同时提升心智,强健体魄。

    This is a very interesting class, but not pure yoga, just a one style of Yoga, to give people change and different feeling.

    Enjoy the Yoga feeling, don't go for difficult, flexibility but uncomfortable asanas, try to feel then simple asanas are also have so many benefits.
