These days life is so busy and nobody have time to laugh with full feelings and openly, at work you can't laugh loudly and freely, and so many person just sorry to do so, because they feel insult, because this seems uneducated person. haha, but you can do this at home or outside at any garden or some other places, where nobody can hear you.Believe me this is a very effective exercise, try once and feel the difference...

So many people may don't know about this, in yoga have special kind of laughing exercise that's called Yoga laughing(Dynamic Laughing). This Exercise is very effective to relief the tension,anxiety,stress and other mental disorders. If You practice in the Morning then you whole day will be delightful and with full of happiness. You will feel fresh the whole day. This is very simple, what you have to do, just laugh with heart and full feelings.
