我说瑜伽 Yoga

Teach at new place is always difficult, specially at that kind of
place where people like more stretching not yoga and don't wanna
realize the real Yoga.
在新的地方授课,开端通常不那么顺畅,尤其是当人们忽略瑜伽的真谛,只习惯于拉伸的时候.
I'm happy that slowly slowly I'm changing their style and thinking.
They are taking Yoga positively these days. Hope they can enjoy the
real yoga life and be healthy always. Need to understand Yoga in
more deep way, In china so many places still some teachers are
teaching yoga in dance and stretching form, So still so many
students don't understand the yoga and didn't enjoy the real
feeling of yoga. Hope one day they can feel exactly what Yoga is
?
令人欣慰的是我渐渐扭转了大家的态度和想法. 现在大家很积极对待瑜伽.
祝愿每个人享受瑜伽时光,永葆健康.
真的希望人们能够更深刻地认识瑜伽.在中国,许多的地方,许多的老师,仍然在以舞蹈或单一拉伸的形式教授瑜伽,因此很多的学员无法了解什么是真正的瑜伽,更不能感受瑜伽.
期待有一天,他们有机会体会什么是瑜伽.
