
Tension is a negative emotion and through the continuing practice
of yoga you will learn to be stronger and make
more positive choices in your life. Behind tension may
be many reasons,
and it differs person to person.

definitely a way to get to your grave faster. Not only does the
emotion of tension kill you but the way most people choose to deal
with it will kill them faster as well. They choose cigarettes,
alcohol, prescription drugs and even street drugs.They want to
forget this tension, sad things with these kind of things which are
already injurious to health.
