The time when I was looking for a place to study yoga in a scientific way, my Master showed me these following words of Swami ji,
      在我寻找科学系统的瑜伽学院时，我的古鲁（老师）给我看了Swami大师的一段话：

    "Yoga has a complete message for humanity,it has a massage for the human body. It has a massage for the human mind, and also for a human soul. Will intelligent and capable youth come forward to carry this massage to every individual, not only in India but also in every other parts of the world ."

    “瑜伽包涵着完整的人性信息，人的身体，头脑与心灵的密语。智慧有为的青年人要把这信息传递给每一个人，不仅在印度，而且包括世界的每一个角落。”
                   
    After reading this I decided to study in Kaivalyadhama Yoga school running by Swami Kuvalayananda ji's student SH. O.P Tiwari ji. The time I spent in this school was the best time of my life and I learned precious knowledge of Yoga.

    读完这段话，我下定决心，前往由Swami Kuvalayananda大师的学生，目前享誉全球的O.P Tiwari大师认院长的Kaivalyadhama瑜伽学院深造。在这里我学到了宝贵的知识并且度过了人生最美好的时光。
