圣诞预热--超级简单的圣诞姜饼小人

姜饼de典故

 

大约600多年前,在十字军东征的时候,

"姜"是一种昂贵的进口香料,

因此只舍得用在像是圣诞节、复活节这样的重要节庆。

把姜加入蛋糕、饼干中可以让蛋糕、饼干的口味更加特别

,并有驱寒的功用。

 

久而久之,姜饼就成了与圣诞节关联的点心。

在被赋与了圣诞节的气氛之后,姜饼很快就被大家广为流

传,成为圣诞节应景的点心。

制作材料:

糖粉 40克    蛋液 25克      蜂蜜 35克   红糖 40克      黄油 50克
水  35克     肉桂粉1/4小勺        姜黄粉1小勺     低筋面粉 245克

制作步骤:
将所有食材混合在一起,用刮刀拌匀;

2 带上一次性手套用手揉成团,(不要过度揉捏)盖上保鲜

膜醒上半个小时。

用擀面杖擀成0.3CM厚度的面片。

3 用圣诞模具在面片上刻出图形模具我是在网上买的。在各

 

种烘焙店中输入:圣诞2字,即可找到很多类似的产品。面

片上刻完图形后,可将剩下的再次揉成团擀扁
可再次刻图形。

4 将刻好的图形整齐的码在放了锡纸的烤盘上。刷上一层蛋

5 入烤箱170度,15分钟中层,上下火每家烤箱温度都有点

偏差,烘焙最后几分钟要监督看护好以免烤焦

主妇心得:

揉捏的时候不要过度,成型了即可,不然饼干会很硬;

红糖的品种选择可加的量的多少直接影响饼干的颜色.按

自己喜欢的,能接受的程度加;

饼干一定要的薄,这款饼干有一定的硬度,做厚了咬起来比

较累;

蛋液刷与不刷都可以,两种风格.

5 面粉的吸水性会有所不同,可酌情增减.
