11月在上海举办的法国卢瓦河产区的酒会上，有这样两支很棒的干白：

Chateau de Chasseloir Comte Leloup (侠士堡乐鲁公爵特酿)

Chateau de Chasseloir Finifie en futs de Chene（侠士堡橡木桶珍藏）

两款同样是用“勃艮第香瓜（Melon de Bourgogne）”白葡萄品种酿制的“Sur lie”酒。Sur Lie就是发酵后留下酵母菌尸体浸泡长达6个月时间，使得酒体更加丰润饱满甚至充满矿物气息。

先点评侠士堡乐鲁公爵特酿（For Comte Leloup）吧: good packaging with gold laces, visional impressive; elegant mineral nose & taste; good selling point with 100 year old vine; high score of Parker 92 points.

再点评侠士堡橡木桶珍藏（Finifie en futs de Chene）吧: excellent bottle shape, visional impressive; great creamy taste!!! My favorate! Very different sur lie style from Comte Leloup.

These two wines could be tasted side by side to distinguish the characteristic of Melon de Bourgogne and different sur lie style (one in stainless steel tank, one in new oak barrel).
