胡也频（1903－1931），原名胡崇轩，福建福州人。中国现代著名诗人、作家。1924年开始文学创作。1928年创办红黑出版社，出版《红黑月刊》。后到济南省立高中任教，积极向学生青年宣传马克思主义。1930年为躲避国民党当局的搜捕，由青岛转回上海，加入《左联》，当选为左联执行委员，担任工农兵文学委员会主席。1930年11月加入了中国共产党。1931年1月17日因叛徒告密而被捕，2月8日凌晨和柔石等五烈士被秘密杀害于上海龙华塔下，时年28岁。

Hu Yepin (1903-1931), formerly known as Hu Chongxuan ,born in Fuzhou,Fujian province. Started writing fiction in 1924,1928 founded the red and black press, publication of "Monthly red and black."Then to jinan provincial high school teaching, actively promoting Marxism to youth students. In 1930 to escape the Kuomintang authorities hunting, from Qingdao back to Shanghai, to join the leftist writers, was elected to the executive of leftist writers, literature of workers, peasants and soldiers as chairman of the committee. November 1930 to join the communist party of China. On January 17, 1931, was arrested for traitor whistleblowing, February 8 in the morning and five Martyrs were secretly killed in Shanghai Longhua Tower, when he was 28 years old.
