酸奶油马拉松(4)-起司烤蔬菜

起司烤蔬菜
到这已经是打扫冰箱了,这菜英文叫casserole, 像中国炒饭,只要有起司,其他百搭。方子如下,但我改了较多,手头有什么就用什么:
16 ounce package frozen vegetables (16盎司【450克】冷冻蔬菜)
2 tablespoons flour (2大勺面粉)
1 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream (1杯【225克】酸奶油)
1/2 teaspoon pepper (1/2小勺胡椒)
1 teaspoon salt (1小勺盐)
8 ounces grated Swiss cheese (8盎司【225克】瑞士乳酪碎丝)
1 dash paprika (少许辣粉)
Butter a casserole dish and pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Bring vegetables to a boil in salted water. Boil for 5 minutes. Drain and place in the casserole dish. Mix flour, sour cream, pepper and salt together. Pour over the vegetables. Top with swiss cheese. Sprinkle with paprika, and bake for 30 minutes.
模具抹油,烤箱预热350华氏【180摄氏】度。蔬菜在加盐的沸水里焯5分钟,沥干,倒入模具【注:我用的是9英寸x9英寸的玻璃烤模】。把面粉,酸奶油,胡椒,盐混合拌匀,均匀到在蔬菜面上。撒上乳酪碎丝。撒一点辣粉。烤30分钟。
我用的是冰箱里剩下的新鲜蔬菜:甜椒,蘑菇,和玉米粒。乳酪碎丝也是有什么用什么,不严格。蔬菜放入模具前要沥的干一点。成品很好吃,非常腐败地吃蔬菜的方法。
