松露巧克力

为了试试新买的巧克力的味道,做了这个,方子忘记在哪里看的了,呵呵~
原料:黑巧克力70G,淡奶油30ML,黄油3/4TS,朗姆酒1TS
做法:黑巧加淡奶油隔水溶化,加黄油拌匀,最后加朗姆酒拌匀,冷藏至凝固。

试验结果:用70%的黑巧做果然有点苦,以前用56%的做味道就很好,这个巧克力拿来做蛋糕应该很赞,呵呵~
