【黑芝麻麻薯】——Q弹酥脆又好味


最近网上很流行这个麻薯
跟风做了两次
全家人都很喜欢
趁热吃
外皮酥脆
内里是中空的
因为配料中有糯米粉的缘故
所以口感Q弹软糯
很有特色

第一次没掌握好温度
烤中途开过一次炉门
结果出炉后的麻薯都凹陷了下去
第二次就是这一次
貌似面糊混合得可以再均匀些
估计外表会光滑许多?
我买的这个麻薯包装袋上的配料
调和成面糊后需要用裱花嘴挤到烘焙布上
看到另外有介绍的可以用手揉成圆形
那么 面糊肯定没有这个稀
下次试试那种看

【黑芝麻麻薯】——Q弹酥脆又好味
食材:麻薯粉100g、水55g、糖粉10g、蛋液25g、玉米油26g、黑芝麻适量
做法:
1、用电动打蛋器将除玉米油以外的食材慢速搅拌2分钟
2、慢慢倒入玉米油,慢速搅拌3分钟,至面糊光滑
3、加入黑芝麻,搅拌均匀
4、盖上保鲜膜,室温静置10分钟
5、将面糊装入裱花袋
6、在烤盘上将面糊挤成小圆形,大约每个20g,烤箱预热170度,中层烤20分钟左右
