Medical Science Is Not A Sophistry

11. TCM And Philosophy )

Some philosophical person, as philosophy professor
for just more than six years, took it for granted
that he was qualified to ruin TCM (Traditional
Chinese Medicine) by himself .

But in fact, this is really excessive.

Objectively speaking, it is really puzzling that
persons studying philosophy dislike TCM.

As all of us know, TCM has three major attributes,
namely:

Technical Attributes
Scientific Attributes
Cultural   Attributes

Among these attributes, the cultural attributes
of TCM are closely related to philosophy.

As is well known, TCM has always placed great
emphasis on handling the relationships between
humans and nature, as well as the relationships
among humans, rather than just indulging in
trivial details.

Because TCM has always paid special attention
to the essence of the world, perhaps its initial
thinking was relatively simple and primitive,
which is inevitable, and even now, with
continuous development, TCM has already
been very effective in handling all of these
relationships .

But essentially, western medicine is always
limited to the realm of technology and can
barely establish a connection with medical
science.

And even more, western medicine is far from
science, let alone any philosophy.

So, medical science should be based on TCM,
so that TCM can lead the development of
medical science, perhaps also by applying
western medical knowledge as a necessary
technical supplement.

Only in this way can medical science have
both technical application value and enrich
philosophical research and development,
and then can medical science become a
real university discipline.

I patiently examined the way this guy ruined TCM
and found that his basic trick was:

Using the twaddle with a few reasons to
lure others away from thinking correctly

Therefore, using professional terminology
(including philosophical terminology) to
defame TCM is not a rational act and
should be strongly condemned.
