迷迭香烤鸡

哈,先回答问题,再简单用中文说下做法.
是这样,题目上的中文是用我以前菜谱里出现过的"迷迭香","烤"和"鸡"这样复制,粘贴的.哈,聪明吧.
因为用英语写的,人家房东会看懂,所以只好wonderful,其实啊,建议事先还是腌下会比较好吃,至少抹点盐和五香粉.嘻.
但是,这样一来倒是真是非常淳朴的鸡肉味.
房东就是直接把迷迭香叶子放在鸡块上放入烤箱,先用200度烤15分钟,取出放入去皮切块土豆,再继续用180度火烤分钟.因为他用的是鸡块,如果是整鸡,需要时间会更多.

Rosemary Chicken

 

Apologies everyone for making you read English.  I am with my friends in London this weekend, so I couldn’t type Chinese on my computer to update my Blog, thus the English here.  Today I would like to introduce you a simple, yet wonderful and tasty dish, which is the Rosemary Chicken.  Tomorrow you’ll get the Chinese version back again, with a new recipe of course.

 

Place the rosemary (a type of herb) onto big chicken pieces, pre-heat your oven to 200°C and cook the bird for about 15 minutes. While the chicken is cooking, peel some potatoes and cut them into wedges.  Then add the potatoes with the chicken and continue to cook until they are done, approximately around 35 minutes at 180°C.

 

Season the chicken and potatoes with salt and pepper before eating.
