赴美国留学、工作、旅行的人士都对繁琐的签证过程深有体会。虽然比起高昂的国际机票以及留学和海外生活的费用，签证费用只是九牛一毛，但是千元左右人民币的签证处理费用对于每年都需要更新签证的人们来讲还是一笔可观的额外支出。我刚刚得到最新消息，自2012年4月13日起，部分赴美国签证类型的签证费将会上调，幅度不等。对于计划着夏秋季节赴美的广大国人来说，让我们抢先看看这一变化。
国人最常使用的签证类型基本上是F（留学生）、J（访问学者）、B（旅行和探亲访友）、以及H（短期工作）类。前三类的签证费用即将从现有的140美金上调至160美金；短期工作签证即将从现在的150美金上调至190美金。对于留学生和旅行者，这次申请费用的上调幅度不大，工作签证持有者的申请费用涨幅则在40美金。同时，一些类型的签证费用则大幅度跳水，但是多与我们无关。具体签证类型和收费调整见下表：
