气候变化背景下国际大型矿业企业减碳分析

摘要:联合国可持续发展目标和《巴黎协定》提出二氧化碳零排放目标,推进全球大型矿业企业减碳。全球领先的矿业企业积极响应政府和公共组织的号召,采取了可再生资源代替传统能源、提升能源效率、开展减碳技术研发和加强气候风险管理等措施,减碳成效显著。全球减碳工作推进矿产资源和能源资源消费结构变化,技术创新成为减碳的关键因素。矿业企业减碳也面临着一些挑战:传统能源比重较大,技术研发困难重重,经济绩效受到影响。中资矿业企业参与全球矿业合作应主动应对气候变化,制定有弹性的低碳经济战略,同时政府和行业应为在全球履行减碳义务的企业提供支持。

Analysis of Carbon Reduction of Large International Mining Enterprises under the Background of Climate Change

Abstract: Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations and the Paris Agreement put forward zero carbon dioxide emission targets to promote carbon reduction in large international mining enterprises. The world's leading mining enterprises actively responded to the call of the government and public organizations, taking measures to replace traditional energy with renewable resources, improving energy efficiency, carrying out carbon reduction technology R&D, and strengthening climate risk management, the results of carbon reduction are remarkable. Global carbon reduction promotes changes in the consumption structure of mineral resources and energy resources, and technological innovation has become a key factor in carbon reduction. However, mining enterprises are still facing some challenges in carbon reduction: traditional energy accounts for a large proportion, technical R&D is difficult, and economic performance is affected. Chinese mining enterprises participating in global mining cooperation should take the initiative to respond to climate change, and formulate a flexible low-carbon economic strategy, at the same time, the government and the industries should provide support to mining enterprises that fulfill their carbon reduction obligations globally.
